Jewelry, Jewellery or Bling, Bling (A slang made popular by the HipHop culture) as it is sometimes known as, is a form of personal adornment. Jewelry can be necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, watches or brooches and can be made from gemstones, precious metals, shells or glass. Jewelry can be worn as a way to make a fashion statement, a sign of wealth, worn just because it makes you feel good or even in some cultures, it's worn for protection or to ward off evil.
